I absolutely love Supernatural and The Walking Dead.

But, I always feel really disconnected from both fandoms, mainly because I don’t ship anyone with anyone from either show, I just appreciate what they are, really great written shows that are superbly acted by everyone involved. I’ve been told before that that means I don’t fully understand what’s going, when of course I do and I’m as emotionally invested in the characters as any fan, I just see things from a different angle and focus on plot and individual character development more than anything. And before all you shippers get you knickers in a twist, I’m not saying shipping is wrong, you wanna ship Daryl/Carol, Dean/Cas or whoever you go right ahead, I have no problem with it and never will, you all see what you want to see.

I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks the same, but where you’re all hiding I don’t know.

This post was inspired by last nights TWD episode, mainly the scene between Daryl and Carol, but it got me thinking.
