I mean, I think about a band as a pirate ship, you know. It goes on these journeys, taking and giving whatever it can. And, the role of captain misplaced significance. If the rigger fails, we die. If the cook fails, we die. What that means to me is that, role envy is the worst thing that could happen in a band.
